projectorscreen.co.uk are pleased to provide 180 day warranty automatically for all projector lamp modules sold regardless of the manufacturers warranty which can be as short as one month.
You will appreciate that should a lamp module blow within the six months and therefore convered by our warranty we will need the blown lamp unit to be sent back to us to confirm the failure and the serial number needs to agree with the one that we sold.
We appreciate that this will cause a delay but we are happy to ship a replacement and take payment or invoice at the time and then we will credit note or refund when we have established that the blown lamp was the one that we supplied within the last 180 days.
We are sure you will understand the reasons for this approach. Our guarantee is unconditional other than this and if the lamp module fails within 180 days we will replace at our cost regardless of manufacture warranty on the unit.
